Are the items made to order?
Yes, everything is made after you place your order. I don’t keep stock or bulk inventory. Each piece is printed specifically for you, which means it takes a little more time but also keeps waste down.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders take about 7 to 14 days to arrive. That includes production and shipping time. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it takes the full two weeks depending on where you’re located and how busy production is. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Who prints and ships the merch?
I work with a print on demand company that handles all the printing and shipping. I design everything myself, then they print it and send it out once you order. That’s how I can keep the store running while focusing on the music.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each item is made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or misprinted. If that ever happens, contact me and I’ll make it right.
Why does this setup matter?
I want to be upfront. This isn’t a big operation. It’s just me running Echo Born and handling everything behind the scenes. When you buy something, you’re directly supporting the music and helping me keep this going. I really do notice every single order and appreciate every person who takes the time to check out the merch.
What about international orders?
Right now I’m only able to ship to the United States. I’m sorry to fans outside this area. I hope to make merch available internationally in the future and I appreciate your patience and support.
